I think there will be an impact, after all, that will be his job. To what extent will be determined. 

I don't think there'll be much of an impact at first.  He has a lot to overcome (poor recent past record for Rutgers).  He'll have more success as the team's on-field performance improves.  

He will get some but it shouldn't be that much of an impact.  He will get kids that want to stay home AND get immediate playing time.  He's got to do better than the last guy.  We just need OSU to come back to the pack.
