Only one starting LB right now and we need some big boys on the DLine...get back to work MC.

Offense could be the best we have seen in a while....balanced would make it that.

@underlion there’s a USC DT in the portal so we need D-Lynn needs to get to work 😂 Underlion, this team might compete for the big 10 championship if we keep this momentum up. Gettin a lot of players at key positions.

When looking at Rocco this past year, remember this: He played just about the entire year with a partially torn labrum in his non-throwing shoulder and dealt with an AC sprain in his throwing shoulder.

Yough dude and most likely limited his production.

Well well well...That is why I didn't think he had the arm strength to make those tough throws...A wonder he could throw the ball at all with an AC joint sprain...If he played with that at the caliber he did he is a tough S.O.B...I am gonna keep my mouth shut until I see him in the blue and white for a game or 2...I am gonna let this coach do his thing and hold off my judgement until game 4 of the regular season before I make a fool of myself further...

@the-funeral-director There'll be plenty of time for bitching once the season starts. Orrrrr maybe, there won't be more than, the normal bitching.

when Grunk said he would explore his options after the bowl game, I figured he was on his way out. A slight bit surprised he went to VT. Maybe they have a real QB coach? If not, Grunk is what he is, 'cause there sure wasn't much QB development while Franklin was here.

There’s only one bandwagon to be on and it’s the MC bandwagon. Well there is the Brent Key bandwagon if y’all want it too 😁 Let’s go Penn St baby

I find it funny that players that JF would not let compete for playing time would follow him.  But we have the concept of 'battered wife syndrome'.

In the end it is cheaper to recruit, develop, retain than it is to go portal shopping for football prostitutes.

Gonna be the dynamic duo of JF and Danny O’Brien developing Grunkenmyer at VTech.

What is the difference between a lawyer and a prostitute?

There are things a prostitute won't due for any amount of money.

Maybe JF will remake himself at VT, something we'd been hoping for but didn't happen.

The JoePa book by his brother sells that Joe remade himself 2-4 times after poor seasons.  Heck, I remember he started passing and used the shotgun 👍  He still wouldn't go for it on 4th down on his own side of the field in the first half...

JF isn't changing. The only thing that will potentially change is the moment that the stars align in that big game, his assistant will have already turned their headset off, unknowingly knock JF over and out before he has a chance to screw up clock management, or have the balls to say "STFU", we got this, and go on to win the big one; regardless of outcome, the assistant is leaving at the end of the season for a promotion at another program.

Bringing in this kid from Iowa State over Grunk is a mistake...The program will regret it...

If you look at it one year at a time Becht is the better choice IMO. He knows the coaches and system and is probably the perfect transition QB for us. I’ve seen one writer already predict he will be a Heisman finalist.

Lol....lol....
