I noticed that Mike Miranda is the #1 back up at RG, OC and LG... Is this an indication of lack of depth and OL is still not stocked as needed?
Well we are young so I guess that may be the case. Should take about 4 years to catch up and create depth. Paterno pretty much said a team should be able to make a championship run every 4 years.
Based on recruiting it seems Franklin is trying to make that every two years.
Was looking at the 2020 class, if it pans out there is a crap load of OL...Also could Menet jump to NFL?

Menet is nowhere near ready for the NFL.
Yeah and we see a lot of players that aren't ready jump to the NFL...
Yeah, and typically those players don't make the 53-man roster, they wind up on the scout team. Both of our linemen are on the 53-man rosters.
Man it would’ve been sweet to have givens, McGovern, bates, Miller time and boobie back this year 😁 I know stop dreaming
Yeah and McGovern did not look great when he went but he graded out well with NFL but the NFL was right... You never know, Menet might grade out well and you never know what kind of advice these players get.
how much advice does James Franklin give or does he stay out of the way? I know joe would tell guys go get the money you have nothing else to prove. I haven’t heard Franklin say anything.
I think I remember Franklin saying something along the lines of being concerned about outside advice and making sure it truly has the player at heart and not the person giving it.
There isn't the first O'line man on this team that could make an NFL team game day roster (period).
