Better yet what’s JF’s record vs Day/OSU or vs Hairbawl/Meatchicken? And don’t use the excuse that OSU is only better because PSU is in the B1G, every team in the conference has equal opportunities to succeed and only the best coaches do..
I started telling you in 2017 that JF will never take us to the next level and all you guys did ack then was make excuses and call me a sad jack and now in 2023 I’m telling you again that JF is nothing more than a mediocre coach that loves to run the score up when his team has a decided talent advantage but when the talent level is equal or he only has a slight talent advantage we lose. I’m also going to point out the obvious that next year when the conference expands we are going to be knocked down another notch or two and making it into the 12 team playoff isn’t going to be as easy as you think it is.
JF is not a top 5 coach in the country or conference and he’s not even close.

@psujoe remoh, I’ve never called you a sad Jack and I never would. I did say JF is a top 5 coach but he’s probably more like a top 10 coach top 5 might be a little high considering we haven’t made the playoffs and we struggle to beat Ohio State and Michigan. As for USC and UCLA you see more in them teams than I do because Utah has beat USC 3 straight times and we dominated Utah so I’m not scared of USC or UCLA. It’s not easy beating Ohio St because they do have better players but if we have the right QB we can get it done I’ve seen it happen.
BTW Michigan has that special QB to beat Ohio St. check Michigan’s record against Ohio St the last 20 years with QB’s that sit in the pocket. You gotta get the right QB.

If you really believed that you wouldn't be trying to tell us how Kirk Ferentz is a better coach than James Franklin. Because on paper, he's not close.
@southern-psu-fan dominated Utah? Maybe after their starting QB went out but before that no we weren’t dominating. USC will eventually get their act in gear and once they do lookout because they may become the dominant team in the conference.

They don’t have to recruit against Ohio St like Penn St does. But While Lincoln Riley is there I don’t think we have anything to worry about.
All he needs is to ditch the defensive coordinator and they'd be super good. He's too loyal to the guy@psujoe I would agree with that on USC. USC has the same problem Penn State has but in reverse...They need to fire their D coordinator IMMEDIATELY just like Penn State needs to fire their O coordinator IMMEDIATELY...
