Can't remember/find the other thread where we were talking food & football.

Fried up some Haluski tonight, pretty tasty! Probably blasphemous, but next go round, I'm going to use bac choy vs regular cabbage. The turgidity of the bac choy stems will give a bit more texture contrast.

@southern-psu-fan It's a member of the brassica family (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower) a bit "spicier" than regular cabbage w/ contrasting dark green leaves and white stems. I usually fry it up in hot (pepper) oil, w/ scallions or a Vidalia onion. Should be readily available in your local produce section or farmer's market. It's very easy to grow and quick to mature. You could probably grow it all winter down your way. Sweeter if grown in the cool, moist fall weather. Only pests that I've seen are flea beetles. lol & they don't eat much, just make holes in the leaves. Try it! Ya might like it!
