WPIAL isn't what it used to be

Last year PSU had 7 offers in the WPIAL, the year before 10. They have 10 wpial players on their roster. The Matthews kid from Clairton decommitted. It's only this year they have very few offers there and yes, I've said before the entire state is in a down year. As a whole, only THREE PA players in the 2019 class hold PSU offers. Porter, Keaton Ellis and Andre White so it isn't just Pittsburgh that isn't producing. I would expect a few more offers to go out in PA this year, MAYBE 2 or 3. 2020 looks like a better year in PA but still only one offer is out, and 2021 will be a very nice year in PA.
