I’m going with Tampa because Godwin is on the team and I’d like to see Brady win another Super Bowl with a different team. I do like the KC QB and I like Andy Reid but I like Chris Godwin better.
anybody but Tom Brady....maybe Cheeto's
If I could give ya two thumbs up Lake, I would! I'm happy NE didn't make the playoffs.
Hey SPF, everyone back to feeling better?
Andy Reid, Mahomes and Stefen Wisniewski and the Cheifs. Always liked Andy from when he was our coach in Philly. I like Mahomes, think he is a great QB and I also like the way he carries himself. Wisniewski is a former Penn stater and Eagle.
So here is the way I hope it goes, Godwin has a great day, Brady gets beaten into submission, the Chiefs pull out a demanding win.
@been-there- My wife was in the hospital for 8 days she couldn’t breathe or walk but thank JESUS and the doctors she’s got much better and she’s recovering at home now. Man that’s some nasty stuff to get if y’all get a chance to get the vaccine trust ole southern and run and get it lol
I'm rooting for whoever sings The National Anthem. Sing it with class & show the utmost respect for it dammit. If you want to butcher something go get a job in a slaughter house.

I hate it with they do the reverb nonsense, like "let me hit this note and then just go up and down with it for 10 seconds". No one wants to hear that.
I am hoping for Kansas City, because I had to hear Eagles fans constantly talk about how they were right in getting rid of Andy Reid because he would never "win the big one".
Winning two in a row would just shut them completely up.
Sadly Eagle fans will never shutup. They're dumb enough to run the only coach that's ever won them a Super Bowl out of town and suffer from severe inferiority/little brother complex.
P
@psujoe. You’re just asking for it Joe lol
You know the old saying "act like you've been there"? Well it's rather obvious they've never been "there".

Yet not as a goofaw as the Cleveland Browns who fired Bill Belichick....which, as a Steeler fan makes me happy.

If the Patriots can't get back to the playoffs soon, that luster is gonna wear off as people realize who was truly responsible for all that winning.
Hard to say it’s a coincidence that Brady leaves and they miss the playoffs, especially when the season he got hurt they also missed the playoffs.
@roaminglion coaches have their runs and Belichick has had the greatest ever in the NFL and he achieved all of it by drafting Tom Brady. Bill Belichick drafted Tom Brady to win football games and the dude hit a home run and he deserves 100% of the credit. Belichick also hired the coaches to help Tom Brady to become the QB he is today. We have to judge coaches on championships and wins and losses.
I'm rooting for the Packers

He drafted him as an afterthought in the 6th round. Let's not act like he knew something others didn't when everyone passed on him for other QBs.
As I said, if Belechik can't make the playoffs in any other season when Brady isn't the QB... I am not calling him the best ever.
A little trivia to pass along to my fellow Nits:
PSU players have scored 81 total points in Super Bowl play. Miami players are in 1st place with 84. If Godwin scores a TD, we take over 1st place as Miami has 0 former players in this years Super Bore.
As you were men, smoke 'em if ya got 'em.

Lombardi is the best ever. He was winning Super Bowls before they called them Super Bowls.
@tsuga. Lombardi, Red Grange and Knute Rockne were good for their time but football is a different beast today brother 😂
I say this as a Giants fan...
I have always felt Joe Gibbs is one of the best, and always overlooked. Made the playoffs a bunch, and won the Super Bowl 3 times WITH 3 DIFFERENT QBs. That is pretty amazing, and shows he wasn't a one trick pony or completely reliant on one player for his success. He proved it, with different players in key positions.
As I've said before, if Belechik can't even get to the playoffs ever again without Brady then I think that tarnishes his legacy. Especially since Brady just got to another Super Bowl in Tampa Bay.
Belechik's record without Brady: 7 seasons, 51-65 with 1 playoff win. Not inspiring.
@southern-psu-fan: Hey Bud, how's the little woman doing?? I hope she's feeling better!! Didnt ya listen to the presser that Yurcich gave?? He said the game hasn't changed much in all the years its been around. Ya either play man or zone; you either run or throw the ball. The SB trophy aint named after Belicheat ya know!!
@tsuga. She’s much better brother thank y’all for asking. It ain’t yet buddy but it will be named after Belichick one day.
@roaminglion. Come on Roam the NFL and NASCAR has licked his butt for as long as I can remember he ain’t never got overlooked. I like joe Gibbs and he was a great coach and I think he gets the credit he deserves. Joe Gibbs coached when a few teams had an advantage when he was winning but when he came back to the NFL under free agency he couldn’t get it done. The schedule in the NFL is set up for teams to go 8-8 if you do better than 8-8 you did something right and if you don’t you didn’t. The NFL is hard to win in and its a brutal league.
