From East Lansing to Columbus, the rain and wind was absolutley brutal Saturday.  I passed Ann Arbor heading from East Lansing around 8:30 PM and my windshield wipers could barley keep up with the down pour and I was going 50 mph fighting the wind like a plane trying to find smooth air!! We need to give the Lion's THUMBS UP for being able to do what ND and Whiskey couldn't do on the road in these conditions....and that is WIN!!!  By the second quarter it was a like a Penn State home game.....mostly PSU fans in the stadium.  I have to believe it was one thing wathing it on TV vs being there.  AT NO POINT did Penn State looked challenged at all! During TV TO's, they had so much hype on the sidelines it wasn't funny.  The only complaint I have is about the defense.  The drive MSU scored, Penn State only 10 players on the field that allowd MSU to make a long play over the middle to sustain their drive....Parsons was MIA!! We were all yelling and finally Parson's made it back on the field.  That mistake cost them a shut out! Can't have this happen against Minny or the Buckeye's!

GO STATE!!!

Glad you enjoyed the game and trip despite the weather.  Also breaking your road trip jinx is impressive!  How did you do it, LOL?

Congrats to you and your father-in-law on breaking your losing streak, and for starting a new winning streak.  That looked like a tough game to be at as far as the weather was concerned.

@psugrad81

Honestly, it got warmer as the tropical rain moved in. The only thing that ticks me off is that we stopped at Cabelas on the way up to get water proof gloves and at $50 a pair, I just couldn't spend the money!! Well, the gloves I did have got soaked and my hands were shriveled!! Wife just ordered me a new pair online today and paid more than $50!!! LOL
