Iowa wasn't the best place for him to make his debut as a college QB, just the luck of the draw. Even if it had turned out otherwise, still think he'd have portalled. Cliffy coming back, CV looked good in his one game, new kids w/ plenty of potential coming in. I'm just not thinking it was going to happen for him at PSU. Wish him the best of luck. 3 yrs of eligibility, he can still make his dream come true.

Your're absolutely correct. There wont be enough clipboards to go around next year. I know that Allar gets all the press but I sure hope they give Beau Pribula a long look too. In my opinion(which aint worth much) I think he fits more into the Yurcich mold of a QB than Allar does. Not to say that Allar wont excel at PSU, Im just hoping he's not anointed as the crown prince and given the starting job without an honest assessment of all the QB's in the room
