It's the 4th year, not the 2nd. NIL was in place for the 2021 season. Also, before NIL Oregon was spending tons of cash on facilities and other football items. @roaminglion you might be right, Oregon probably does need to win a NC before they become elite but it’s still one of 2 big games we play and we need to win one of ‘em. My point was it was a big game playing them in the big 10 championship. They do have elite money that’s for sure.
