I’m not worried about the defense I’m sure Poindexter would be just as good as Manny, Allen or Knowles the defense ain’t where we’re struggling. Something needs to be done with the passing game or we’ll end up 13-3 again. I’m not see moves to fix that problem because the guys we picked up in the portal ain’t as good as we let go going on the portal rankings. I believe we did good in the portal but we took it on the chin compared to what we lost? Just my opinion
I also believe chip Kelly got better in the playoffs seems like their offense started clicking after the Michigan game. Michigan was a team that was good enough on defense to beat any team out there but bad enough on offense to lose to any team out there. Ryan Day hit a home run with Chip Kelly he was the difference in the playoffs in the games i watched. I didn’t watch the NC game.
Both WRs we got in the portal are ranked way higher than Omari Evans. Hudson is listed 70 spots higher and Ross 50 spots higher among all portal receivers.I’m not see moves to fix that problem because the guys we picked up in the portal ain’t as good as we let go going on the portal rankings.

@roaminglion Wallace is ranked 57th and Pribula is ranked 126th and I said passing game not just WR. Hudson is ranked 266th. I also said we did good in the portal we just give up more than what we got especially losing Pribula so what I said was pretty accurate.
@psujoe : Gramps got a call Thursday evening from one of his college buddies. Both of these guys were donors to the football program up until a year or so ago. They've since started donating to the wrestling program. The PSU alumni association is putting on a BIG push to bring some of these old farts back into the fold.

1 WR was ranked higher than the other two, and one was ranked way lower. So I don't agree we lost more than we gained.

@thepakid He and everyone else needs to be be on board so JF no longer has that excuse. Get everyone on board and if JF continues to be the same old “Big Game James” we’ll run him out of town.
