Why do you all watch PSU? I seriously doubt that Franklin is coaching turnovers. I saw a number of them today. Just maybe that was the cause of the loss. We also missed a FG and an extra point try. That had a bit to do with the loss. I personally think PSU's players tried their best today, it just wasn't good enough. Lighten up Francis.
I watch college football and PSU because I enjoy it. I especially enjoy exciting close games. We had plenty of those this year. We lost most of them but they were exciting. I look forward to the next 10 years, hopefully with the same coaching staff.

This year isn't the only year, all you gotta do is start putting the puzzle pieces together and stop drinking the kool aide. Yeah I hope he pulls it together but he has to pull himself together first, it all starts with the HC; okay, well maybe the Board.
@lakerie I am totally serious. I enjoy watching close exiting games. I would much prefer PSU to win but life doesn't always go the way i want it to go. If PSU won all the time like AL seems to do I would stop watching. How boring that would be.
We will see, review your start of year prediction realistically. I believe I had 3 +/- 1 loss. What is heartbreaking is the good start. But alas I just keep blaming the offensive line. Recruiting, coaching, strength training whatever but it looks to be a foundational problem.

He's being serious. That guy is the spokesman for the complacent fans I speak of frequently on this forum. Attend a game in person and you'll see his followers sitting on their hands most of the game and golf clapping once in a while when we score a touchdown or get a turnover but they never scream or cheer loudly because they feel it's immature and embarrassing . 7-5 and 8-4 seasons are fine with them as long as we beat MD and Rutgers 90 percent of the time and almost beat OSU once every 4 years.
Sadly the majority of fans in attendance at the Beav on game days are the same. PSU fans are complacent.

@psujoe I don’t think any of us are complacent remoh we all want to win. It’s so hard to go undefeated so predictions of winning 10 or 11 games every year is being realistic because that’s what most good teams win but you’ll have years where you might win more with a good coach. James Franklin was dang good his first 6 years but has dropped the ball the last 2 years. Most people give him a pass last year because of the pandemic but I don’t see many of us giving him a pass now. Go check and see what I said after the Iowa game, I knew we were in trouble and I said it and always being a James Franklin fan I hated to say it that but I don’t put anything or anybody in sports up against Penn St winning football games baby, ole southern is all about Penn St winning football games and if I see anything that hurts Penn St football I call it out and it’s been most of us that’s done that not just me. If James Franklin is the coach I’ll pull for him because I don’t ever pull against Penn St football just like I don’t ever pull against the president of the USA baby. Jesus, family, USA and Penn St football baby in that strict order and I mean very strict order 😁

Attend a game in the Beav or an NLC event and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. PSU fans are complacent and far from fanatical.
