Sean Clifford turned in a very respectable performance in his NFL debut against the Bengals. He was 20 of 26 for 208 yds with 1 TD & 2 Int's. He also rushed 2 times for 27 yds total. I know it's only preseason and it was against Cincy, but he looked confidant with no "deer in the headlights" moments. Looks like he's going to prove the doubters wrong, again. Hope he makes it!
I know that’s right BK. I always thought he was was better than the credit he got. Dude had 3 different OC and won 35 games with wins in the Rose and cotton bowl. Y’all remember Clifford won the Indiana game the coaches had a brain fart and lost that game.
2020 would’ve been a better season had we not lost that Indiana game. That loss took a lot out of the team and it took ‘em a few games to get rolling again. Just my opinion though.

COVID year anyway...
I was a doubter. Hoping Clifford proves me wrong.

Every team was affected someway or another
Yeah sorry, but I'm not going to compare a team that had to sit a few starters for some games to a team that had half it's season eliminated, or a team that actually had to cancel games because their campus was on lockdown.
I'd get the whole "every team has issues" argument with some injuries or bad weather hampering a passing attack... but that's not remotely the same as some teams only playing 6 games, or having their entire season cancelled.

Interesting……
No QB bounces back from a Pick-6 like Clifford! To Clifford, turnovers are the same as water off a duck's back.
Glad he finally left Penn State and hopeful that he'll have a long and distinguished career in the NFL and beyond.
I guess it comes with maturity & experience. Hope Allar can bounce back as well!
Hopefully without the 6 part of pick 6
