Charles signed with Penn State in 2015 and was kicked off the team in 2017 by Franklin.  He went to IUP where he had to sit out a season for an undisclosed reason.  He eventually played sparingly at IUP.  

He either graduated or ran out of eligibility in 2021 or 2022.  Now in 2023, he is a 26 year old undrafted rookie on the Jets Roster.  It will be interesting to see how he does after a turbulent college time period.

@rip Sorry RIP.  Charles is a wide receiver.  6 ft 4 inches, 219 lbs.  Great physical talents but he seemed like a "head case" while at Penn State.  Had one good catch (TD) in one of his years in State College.

I believe that was a huge catch against Minnesota in 2016... right?

It was a long TD pass from Trace.  About 60 some yards.  Saquan ran for a TD in overtme to win it 29-16!

Guys, that TD by Charles  was the spark the 2016 needed to go on a big 10 championship run. He sweet it was lol
