Ahhhh so being competitive while being severely undermanned means nothing. I guess no one notices when it's an obscure school like Indiana.

Rutgers will improve. They have the right coaches and money behind the scenes to make things happen. PSU will maintain the edge but the total historical dominance by the Nittany Lions will end. Jersey kids are now giving Rutgers a look when in the past they never did.

You asked why other people haven't talked about him. And yes, going 5-7 at Indiana until last year doesn't exactly inspire anyone to hire him (especially since the team went to 2 bowl games the previous 2 seasons before he took over). Now he will certainly get offers, but up until now he only had 1 good season.
