Wet turf

Turf is nice, little to no maintenance,  less man hours, looks great but it's no good when it's wet. Ask me, get rid of it.  It causes too many injuries.

All good points. Compared to correctly maintaining a grass field, field turf costs less.

No. Absolutely not. A recent large study found that athletes were 58% more likely to sustain injuries on artificial turf then grass.

Sure, it cost less to maintain... but you're sacrificing the health of players.

We R Penn State

 

I believe we have a Turf Grass Major.

 

Artificial turf has improved over the years.   Those little rubber balls have reduced injuries.

 

Women viewers like wet white muddy uniforms 😎
