Looks like you'll need a raincoat and rubbers if you're going to the game.
Yep, bring the raincoat, but you can leave the rubbers at home if you've had a vasectomy, lol.
I haven’t made it to State College yet but just talked to my daughters BF and he said it’s been raining for a while. The ride up 322 has been an ugly wet one with downpours and fog mixed in.
I will not be buying a white raincoat and doubt I’ll need the rubbers tonight so left them at home.
It’s gonna be an ugly game.

In NE now, on and off rain. I don't think it's going to be torrential downpours, but it will change the game plan for both sides. It might end up being an interesting game.
My buddies sat up high near the press box and said the wind was blowing and they were getting smacked with rain. I am down low in row 1 on the West side and I didn't think we got that much rain at all.....more like a steady mist. I was expecting torrential down pours at game time, but that didn't happen as far as I am concerned. I have sat in down pours before, and this was not one of them. Yet, from what my wife was telling me, it looked like it was steady rain the entire game ( on TV) and yet I was pretty much dry the entire time....hmmn. I wonder how it was on the East side of the stadium? The wind and rain was coming from the West and I think it is going over top of us and we got we lucky being down low.
@mtnittanylion I watched a replay of the game last night and thought on tv it looked like it was raining a lot harder than it seemed in person. We’re in section EG and I was wet but never felt like it was unbearable.
