The web is ablaze with a couple rumors. The first is that Michael Manet won’t play because of an injury suffered last week. I did see video of him walking off the team bus to the hotel in Columbus so I’m gonna put this probability of being true at 50%.
The other rumor is that Ricky Slade did not make the trip to Columbus. I don’t recall hearing or reading anything about him being injured so this is a pretty interesting development if true. I’d put this probably at 80% as he was not seen exiting the team bus.
Hopefully we’ll get KJ and Cain back for this game. Hopefully Manet’s injury ain’t bad because we need him today.
Yeah, Mike Miranda would be the backup center. That takes some depth away from the right guard position so some line reshuffling may occur.

I thought he was a two position online guy. Yeah Thorpe would be the main guy at right guard. Maybe Scruggs would get some time too.

I thought Scruggs was out for the season, a result of a car accident over the summer. Of this I’m not sure.
