Lets call this what it is...It's a cesspool of THEIR own creation...I have a very difficult time taking scumbags like Kirby Smart seriously when it comes to "cleaning up" college football and solving these problems...It is people like him that are responsible for what this is...The real problem is there is no enforcement arm within the NCAA that is capable of fixing this...You have a professional league now without salary caps, that include 1 year contracts with player opt outs, no accounting of where this money is coming from...You have the sacred cows who can more or less do whatever they want without impunity and the medium to small teams get the book thrown at them to give the illusion that the NCAA really has enforcement ability...Let your imagination run wild with some of these schools regarding bags and suitcases full of cash...To think this isn't going on is naive...These kids opt for the portal and the bidding war begins...Why do you think Oregon is getting all of these players? It is a simple 4 letter word....NIKE...how much money do you think they are doling out? This is why ESPN is so nefarious...They have network deals with the SEC and ACC conferences...They use the SEC for football and the ACC for basketball...You notice that the only conference doing their commercials in football are SEC players? So they are the folks with the TV rights to NCAA football and they are giving NIL money to their SEC players exclusively...You think that is fair? You think that doesn't tip the scales with recruiting? Anyway I will say it one more time...All you gotta do is go watch that Ohio State vs. Georgia game last year...That game was rigged...One call or lack thereof changed that whole game...And then watch the flags fly until Georgia secured the win...The only way this changes is if people stop watching...I know where I will be...In my studio making vids, streaming and playing Call of Duty...I will in no way shape or form support this farce...

IMO Kirby ain’t happy with players sitting out but he’s pisses off at this system we got. That’s what I’m seeing anyway lol
