If he can't make academics at WVU, how far behind are his grades?

Unless SAB turns it around academically at the JUCO, he may be a project. Others have done it perhaps,  he can too!

Juco is almost always a two year commitment.

First he has to overcome grades, then he would have to overcome the massive amount of talent at PSU.
