Tamba might hang it up and I have him the best DE to ever play at penn st and these 2 dudes were on the same team in 05 and Joe couldn’t recruit lol, and I’m not going to name all the studs that were on that team, NFL talent all over that 05 team, probably the most talented team penn st ever had?

Yes, Southern the ‘05 team was good, but the ‘94 team was probably the most talented ever at PSU. Of course, many may say the teams of the late 60’s/early 70’s were the most talented. I can’t argue with those folks. That was a little before my time.

The 94 offense was the best we’ve ever had but the defense wasn’t good enough IMO to stack up against the 05 team, so many players of the 05 team went on to play in the NFL, I’m looking at the whole team and that 05 team was nasty lol

The '94 team defense was not as good as the '85 and '86 teams. Those teams had to play good defense because the offense didn't score much at all. The '82 team was probably the most balanced and complete team by the end of the season. They could beat 'em with running, passing, defense and special teams. They played the second toughest schedule of any team that season.
