You went out and hired 2 coordinators who have had tremendous success in those roles at multiple places in the past. You brought them in because they know what they are doing, so don't interfere with it and let them do their job. Just be a CEO, and delegate.

Good stuff Roam, I truly believe the mark of an exceptional leader is knowing how to hire and direct your reports.
I hope he hands them the ball & get's out of the way! I'm skeptical though. IMO, Jimmy is a classic micro-manager. I've worked for a few of these guys in my days of working and they really have a hard time letting go. It's an ego thing and Jimmy got a big one (and I'm not talking about his schwantz!).
