Adding to the discussion, Micah is from the same high school in Las Vegas that graduated Tate Martell, 4 star who landed at Ohio State, entered the transfer portal and wound up at Miami...so distance didn’t seem to bother him. Also Bishop Gorman is perennially one of the elite high school programs in the country sending their players to top division 1 schools everywhere. It would be great if PSU built a regular pipeline to that high school.

Roam, the comments that Thee Mental Midget is referring to on other websites, are from niccy's other aliases.

Thanks Roam. Well, it’s not shaking up the PSU football world like the news just posted about Matt Fleischacker but then again, I’m no forum titan either.

Sky, who cares where the kid is from or where he played in high school. Big time programs pull talent in from all over the country and really it's almost essential these days to in order to compete with them. I think it's another testament of Franklin's recruiting prowess. I'm just surprised this kid isn't more highly rated. The combination of athletic ability and stats look great.

I don’t care where the athlete played high school football. When Joe Paterno had his best teams, the players were primarily from PA. Franklin needs to keep every PA stud here. Time will tell but my hunch is that kids from the west coast and the south won’t last long in central PA.

the talent level in PA doesn't allow PSU to build a winner.  I couldn't even put together an FBS team of strictly PA kids.....besides, they ARE getting the top talent every year in PA minus a few.

People see what they want to see Bill. They come here and other PSU message boards to stir the pot out of jealousy. The rest of us appreciate your info and posts.
