ok....grad assistant leaves, goes to mercer....that's fine....few people here probably ever hear his name. good luck to him.....jusy fyi, we lose around 6 grad assistants on a regular basis

Matt Fleischacker was once a kid who tried to walk-on at kicker at Penn State but never really made it, then became a recruiting intern, to undergraduate assistant, and finally to graduate assistant... Now he gets a job as LB coach at an FCS program?
That's nothing but a great story for this kid, and Penn State football. If your program is placing grad assistants in coaching positions, it means you are doing something right! Awesome to hear about someone like this, good luck to him!
