Never gonna happen ... They already have LSU and Bama in... They have the top 10 rankings all rigged up for their predetermined outcome...

FD right on cue 🤣
Well we are 7-0 ranked 6th so maybe he’s right 😁 I don’t care who plays as long as we win but I do think Cain is the best RB
We are winning due to explosive plays and defense. The RB rotation has nothing to do with either of those things. I'd argue we're winning in spite of it, not because of it. It's holding our offense back.
Ricky Slade is the new Koa Farmer. Everyone knew Micah Parsons was superior to Koa last year, but Koa kept playing and the defense suffered when he was in. Obviously. Same thing is happening now with the RBs.
Until Franklin corrects the 2nd half offense nothing is close to being a sure bet! In the three games against Pitt, Iowa, and Michigan PS has scored a total of 24 2nd half points! 24 points!! A run by Cain in the Pitt game, another by Cain against Iowa and a TD catch by Hamler last Saturday. Also, add a Pinegar FG against Iowa. One of these games the defense might not be able to save the offense. And that's before playing OSU! Another point; if Franklin is holding out Cain for some personal reason or trying to make some ridiculous point then PS's got a real problem because no one is buying this four back rotation BS!
He could be right about Alabama and LSU
As I said those two are one of my scenarios. I think they would get it over us if LSU or Bama lost a close one too.
I agree mb something is up and I’m not buying the rotation either.
We have two more 4* RBs coming in next year so get ready for the 6 man rotation. That is if Cain doesn't transfer. Because that's whats going to happen if this nonsense keeps up. We won't lose Slade, we will lose the best of the bunch because they will want to be the featured back and you know what, I won't blame them. Franklin is playing with fire.
Hopefully we see a lot of Cain this Saturday. I also think he’s the best RB by far I just think James Franklin has his reason for not giving him most of the snaps we just don’t know why.
I don't follow your thinking, 2016. When the RB rotation really bites us (as in costing us the game), it'll be too late to get concerned. The damage will be done! Also, I agree with Roam, it's in our best interests for Meatchicken to beat the Domers (his stated reasoning is spot on). I could go either way on OSU vs Wiscy. Either way, we'll need to beat OSU if we want a shot at the playoffs!
The RB rotation has not hurt this team in terms of a loss... I don't believe it will.
If we do lose it wont be on the RB rotation, I know some people will want to say it was but like I said there better be 100% proof that was the reason not just because you don't like the RB rotation.
The OL needs to block for everyone not just one RB. The OL is IMO the bigger issue than RB rotation, they need to get better.
I hate Michigan and OSU...
Even if Michigan loses to ND they are still a good team...

There has been some talk over the years with RB's wanting to keep their mileage low heading to the NFL, I have no clue if this is the case but a possibility...
We as fans have no clue what goes on in the PSU football offices and what discussions coaches and players have about playing time etc. At this point we have not seen any one bitter over the rotation and these players seem to be more accepting of the rotation on the surface. I am not going to run negative, fictional scenarios about something I have little to no information on.
The portal is open for anyone that wants to jump, at this point I don't see anyone taking that road.

Say it aint so, 2016! It's bad enough we have prima donnas sitting out bowl games to avoid injury, now we have RB's wanting to keep their mileage low. If this is true, we don't have to worry about any outsiders destroying college football. It'll be and inside job!!

I'm not saying that is the case for PSU but over the years you see the talking heads analyzing the ware and tear on a RB in the draft and how it may make their stock fall etc.
Like I said we have nothing more than speculation and opinions based off of emotion only... We have no facts as to what is going on inside the program.

Interesting point about the second half offense. We are happy with the 1st half results so we have nothing new for the second half and when the opposition makes adjustments we don't have an answer? Or do we just pack it in and hope to hang on?
It would be interesting to have Franklin narrate a game rerun after the year is over so we could learn what is really happening and the thinking. I'd enjoy it.

Yeah, that's gotta be it! OL is only blocking for Cain and not the other three! SMH

Yeah I SMH when I read how you have more information from your arm chair than the coaching staff...

I agree, the team has way more information than I do... I'm in the same boat as you are or any fan is.
I just don't try and sell my opinion as anything more like you do because you watched a game on TV from your couch.
