What a surprise, Harbaugh in the middle of a scuffle again.

I think the B1G has to step in and require Meatchicken to add another tunnel.  Is there any other B1G school that has only 1 tunnel?  I don't know.  Does the conference have the authority to step in and require they do it?  If I remember correctly, when we were being considered for membership in the conference, wasn't there a stipulation that we build a new BB arena?  I believe the conference (Bobby Knight in particular) deemed Rec Hall not meeting their standards.
