You are making an awful lot of assumptions in this statement. You assume the Maryland team the shows up is the one that almost beat Ohio State and not the one who is 2-6 in its last 8 games. You assume Maryland will not have an emotional letdown after their near upset. You assume Ohio State wasn't looking ahead to Michigan. You assume Ohio States defense is better than Penn States. You assume Penn State will not play better than the week before. You assume that the Penn State will not play their hearts out to give the seniors one last victory.Â
