Franklin is 3 and 6 after a bye week.Ā Ā Last year, Penn State lost to Illinois at home following the bye week.Ā Illinois was 2 and 5 at the time with narrow wins over Nebraska and Charlotte.Ā The following week, Illinois lost to Rutgers.

As Iāve stated before PSU had better come out of the tunnel ready to play or this game is going to get ugly fast. Meatchicken may not deserve their lofty ranking at this point in the season but they are a good team that is capable of putting a beat down one us if weāre not prepared. The talk about Meatchicken being overrated and playing a weak schedule is all over talk radio and message boards and Iām sure they are hearing it and feeling they have something to prove.Ā IMO In an evenly matched game like this the game is going to come down to which coach is the better motivator which is something JF is notoriously bad at.Ā
I see us sleep walking through most of the first half and falling behind by something like 17-3 then coming out and playing much better in the second half but running out of time at the end. PSU and JF have a lot more to prove before Iād be willing to bet on them in a B1G game on the road after a bye with a kickoff before noon.

They have some nice stuff in that store. Cabelas is my place for Sitka gear. They have a jacket for 600. Every penny worth it if you want to stay warm.

Michigan is 6-0.Ā Their best and only win over a team with a winning record is against Maryland. Maryland is 4-2 and none of their 4 wins are over a team with a current winning record.
Penn State is 5-0.Ā Their best win (IMO) and only win over a team with a winning record is Purdue.... who is 4-2 and they have three wins over 3 teams with winning records....one win was over a team ranked in the top 25. Purdue also lost a heart breaker to Syracuse by 3 points who is currently ranked #18.

Penn State and Michigan are 16- 0 combined against teams that are 27-39 combined......and only two of them have a winning record. Fortunately, one these of these two teams are going to have a win over a top 10 team by the end of the day Saturday. And that team is going to PENN STATE by AT LEAST 14 POINTS!Ā
