Stop it. Enough is enough, pick the damn starter and play them the whole game. I'm sick and tired of seeing these rotations, especially on the OL. It messes up their mojo, stop fiddling with it and just choose a guy to play.

Also same at MLB, JUST PICK A GUY AND LET HIM PLAY

LB’s has a tough game last night but that might be because of the OL play by Buffalo. Buffalo is a good team and they have a monster OL and it’s hard to win these games by 50 points because there’s a lot of talent in college football today and these smaller teams have some good coaches and players. Beating teams like Nebraska and Oklahoma did back in the day is over and if you don’t come ready to play you’ll get your butt beat just ask Michigan if somebody doesn’t believe me.

I believe and this is just a hunch but I believe that they are just evaluating personel against these teams that they should be beating and allowing guys to get some playing time in. It is my hope that they do just what you suggested Roam and settle in on a lineup and let them play with guys rotating in from time to time to give them a blow...I also think Slade is the 4th best RB on the team behind Brown and the 2 frosh... My bet is that Cain emerges to be the best of them...I am also quite pleased with the WR play so far...They seem to have solved the dropsies...At least for the moment and let's hope that this trend continues...I am quite pleased with the speed, talent and desire of this team. This young team could be poised to be a special group...

...and I don't like it. I know what they are doing, but I think it's stupid. Just my opinion, but our offensive line isn't going to gel as a until if they are always playing with someone different beside them. I'd rather the best guy play and get to know his position at game speed... full time.

Come Maryland I want a unit that has been playing beside each other full time. Clemson isn't shifting their starters in and out, neither is Alabama. The coaches made their decisions on who the starters are and play them. Sure, garbage time let them play but pick the damn first team starters already.

My guess is...and this is just an old fool yapping here...but my guess is the evaluation is done and you will see them stick with a lineup for Pitt...They aren't going to fool around against Pitt...There is no love lost between these teams or these 2 coaches and I fully expect Penn State to roll with their best lineup...Just my opinion..

Hope you're right FD.  IMHO, I believe this coaching staff often drags their feet on decision making!

I agree with you F.D. and hopefully we'll not see the constant rotating of players this week vs Pitt. I would also like to see some ground and pound running series as well, we have some very talented running backs so let's use them.

Slade needs to hang on to the ball.  IMHO Brown is the man!

I agree 300% with Roam.  Honestly,  this should be established already, should know who the starters are. My understanding is Franklin will be trying different RB's against Pitt. Not good if you ask me. We all know the games are getting more competitive by the week.  This type of game coaching could backfire.

@rip

You got that right bob he needs to take care of the Ball and  he had the same problem last year. He’s good but man does he put the ball on the ground.

I agree Southern, he can be a real good back, but there is too much competition and I'm afraid, he'll be a candidate for the transfer portal unless he cures his fumblitis!  That said, I'm really impressed by Journey Brown.

Franklin pretty much said this at presser...  He said you see a lot less rotation at positions.
