I’m telling y’all he knows the X’s and O’s. There’s a reason the great Ralph Friedgen was turning everything over to James Franklin had he not jumped ship for Vanderbilt. He was a good OC and QB coach for K State and Maryland. When penn st hired James Franklin he was one of the hottest coaches out there. Trust me there’s not much of anything that James Franklin don’t know about college football. Looking at his track record and the teams he took over you have to be a great coach to win like he has, the dude is good.
