bust everywhere or just in southern PA? 18-24 inches was the prediction here and we might have 5. Gotta love how the man sticks to his guns though and acts like it's just how he predicted.

Also was suppose to be "blizzard conditions for most of the night with 1-3 inches per hour" but it was over by 6 pm. At least I got to test my new Outback in the white stuff and see how she performs, man I love that car!!

Well, I am 10 minutes north of you and we got about 8 inches. The sleet is turning back to snow and they are saying MAYBE another 3 inches. I thought the worse was supposed to be AFTER 6....heck it stopped here by 6.

It was seriously putting it down from 4-6 pm and I was starting to thing this might be as bad as they're saying and then it just stopped and hardly did anything for the next 5 hours. Looks like we've added close to an inch in the last hour but it's almost over according to the radar.
That's all I buy are subaru's. 160k miles and still running great. Crosstrek and legacy. I just bought a battery for it with more cold cranking amps. All set for the winter. These cars never left me down in snowstorms. We have about 16 inches now, snowdrifts as high as 24 or better. Chevy truck for out the bush. Quad for fun.

I know a few people that also only buy Subaru's. I bought my first, a 2020 Outback Limited XT this past spring and so far am loving it.

Crosstrek is my favorite. I like the ground clearance. Feels like you're floating on the road. I hope Subaru keeps this model forever.
I don't want to turn this into a car forum but I must ask because I am looking at Subaru for 2021. Has anybody had any engine or oil consumption issues? Please forgive me for asking here. I grew up driving in the Pocono Mountains with rear wheel drive so I know the drill. I really like Subaru but this will be my last car ( I am that old ) so I don't want lemonade at the end. Us older folks get cranky and don't take car dealer or any BS lightly.:)))

It's like every other car, has it's problems but honestly I have had all good luck with Subaru. Head gaskets were notorious but I think Subaru redesigned. If you are buying new you have a warranty. Even pre certified have a warranty. Just do your homework if you are financing. I like Subaru but not salesman. Take a finance calculator along. Out of the 130k miles I put on my car, the only thing I did was buy tires, break pads and rotors. I changed the plugs, installed serpentine belt myself and drive it hard. I plan on buying pre owned certified or new again in the near future.
@waytoolong2 I have a 2013 Legacy and my Mom has a 2011 Outback and other that routine maintenance and a burnt out headlight have had absolutely zero issues! Absolutely love Subaru. In fact I firmly believe as well as others that a Subaru saved my sisters life when she was t-boned at an intersection by a full size Ford Bronco.
I have nothing bad to say about Subaru!!!
Waytolong, I’m a big Honda fan and have had several. Our family car ( more for our grandson) is a Pilot with AWD and since I live in Erie , know a little about snow. I own a BMW 530I with AWD, also quite good in the snow. I bought the Beemer BECAUSE I knew it would be my last car so I thought I would indulge myself.
@waytoolong2 mine still has less than 5000 so I haven't had any issues. I also have buddies that are on their 2nd Outback and have never heard them say anything bad about them.
