yes - how are schools to maintain an 85 man roster if many players do not want to wait a year? Maybe most will wait but unless I was a star (guaranteed draft material) I would consider moving on with my chosen career.

Well, if they want to play next year they have to accept it. If they are a junior then they can leave, but I'd imagine plenty of juniors woulkd stay and take classes considering not many of them would be drafted.
