Did any of the players care if they won this insignificant bowl game or not? Hardly any tackles were made as on most plays the offensive player just ran out of bounds, QB’s stood in the pocket and flipped the ball to receivers that sometimes caught it and emotionless coaches stood on the sidelines like they couldn’t wait to get home and party with their wives on New Year’s Eve!
On most plays it looked like everyone was playing not to get injured and it kinda reminded me of an NBA or NHL Allstar Game.This had to be one of the worst football games I’ve ever seen in my life. IS TEXAS BACK?

I left a post on another thread that should’ve been here about big 12 and PAC defenses. Watching the Alamo bowl was probably like watching the big 12 championship game, just really bad defense on both teams TCU loses and doesn’t even drop. Thank god just one more year of this garbage.
I’m for a 16 team playoff because I don’t believe any team deserves a bye and end the season for all other teams. I said 12 above but 16 is a better number if we do away with the bowls.

TCU v. Kansas State was 31-28 in OT, and that's "bad defense".
Yet Michigan beats Ohio State 43-22 and it's all "Wow look at Michigan they are so good" with no mention of bad defense
@roaminglion players are a lot better at Michigan and Ohio St. Texas lost, Kansas lost, Baylor lost, Oklahoma lost, Oklahoma State lost and I’m pretty sure TCU is going to lose Roam. Ive told y’all the big 12 stinks all year and these losses backs me up. These big 12 teams can’t even win the middle of the pack bowls Roam just trust ole southern on this one brother 😁
K-State will also lose. I missed that one. Texas Tech did get a win but that’s probably going to be the only bowl win they get.

Again, these losses don't back you up at all. None of these teams are playing with starters and half look like they dont even want to be there.
I am kinda sick of hearing you say Every time an SEC loses in a bowl game that "they didnt want to be there", but saying losses by other conferences "proves they suck"

I also said the SEC is down this year and the big 10 is the best conference I’ve said it all year long after I got a feel of all the teams of course. I also believe Georgia is very beatable this weekend. I believe Georgia gets the win but it won’t surprise me if Ohio St beats ‘em

#15 playing a 6-6 team? Lmao, what exactly does that prove? These games mean nothing when it comes to proving anything. The match ups are completely unbalanced, and 1/2 of the teams aren't even playing tons of starters. Who cares.

I’d be willing to bet that your only reasoning for saying “the SEC is down” is because Bama has 2 losses.

Was it Ohio State barely beating ND, Purdue losing to Syracuse, or Iowa losing to Iowa State that convinced you the Big Ten was superior?
@roaminglion you’re just pointing out a few games I’m looking at the whole season and these bowl games and the big 10 having 3 teams in the top 10 two playing in the playoffs. Maryland beat ranked NC State today and Wisconsin and Minnesota also got the wins. Gotta few more games though.

You arent pointing out anything, because there are no wins of the Big 10 to point out through the season. We played no one. The bowl games mean nothing, just glorified practices that most every poster on here has commented about players in the game not even caring. They are glorified practices, especially the lower bowls.
Name a big win the Big 10 has that I missed during the season. Name one. You say we have 3 teams in the top 10, would you admit anything if all 3 lose? What if 2 of the 3 lose? Would that mean anything?

I’m assuming it’s better for us if Tennessee beats Clemson because we have a better chance leapfrogging Tennessee if Michigan or Ohio St win the NC. Michigan could beat TCU 100-0 and they still would leave ‘em in the top 4 so 5th is the best we can do. They screwed us bad dropping us 3 spots. I was really hoping to get in the top 5 but it might not be possible since they dropped us.
