Tennessee with their backup QB steps in and takes Clemson to the woodshed. 31-14. With Clemson winning the ACC 12-2 it would be harder for us to get ranked higher so hopefully some things work out in the bowl games and we get the win and find a way to get that 5th spot. It’s a good thing for us that Tennessee won. If we get the win we beat a top 10 PAC champions. Just trying to find a way baby 😂 is it better for us for K-Stste to win since they got 3 losses?

If you're going to post that Tennessee played a backup quarterback, you should at least post that Clemson was also playing with a true freshmen backup quarterback. Clemson benched their starter in the ACC championship, and then he entered the portal.
As for who wins what... #6, #7, #8 who cares. Just beat Utah the ranking doesn't matter.
@roaminglion finishing as high as possible in the rankings is always the goal imo. The difference is the freshman Clemson QB out played the other Clemson QB so he was benched and competition is always a good thing, let the best man play as for Tennessee their best QB was injured and couldn’t play there’s a big difference.

No he didnt, reports were the Clemson starter decided to enter the portal so Sweeny started the other guy for the ACC Championship game.
Come on man, you think that right before the championship game Sweeney just said "Well this kid is better now so I'm benching the other guy? LOL.
Winning games is the goal, not worrying about who loses so you can get ranked one spot higher.

He could have, just like a bunch of QBs who entered the portal could have played in their bowl games. But they didnt.
But Sweeney didnt want someone he knew already had 1 foot out the door leading the team. IMO rightfully so. He knew he was leaving
The transfer portal....pees, sheet and corruption....not necessarily in that order!
