USMC '67-'73.......I'm not an old fart like Monk. I was 11 when I enlisted
A big thank you for all of your service...Everything we enjoy for the privilege of living in this great country is because of all of you...I am grateful for the sacrifices our veterans and great military make for us every day...
USMC '74-'77. Like Tsuga, my mommy had to sign for me to enlist.
You're all heroes in my book. Thanks guys for all you did/do.
@t-hale A huge thanks to you and the others for paying taxes. You guys bought a lot of equipment, gas, parts and ammo.
US Army 1986 - 2015 (Artillery and Aviation) ........ I didn't go in because the judge gave me a choice. I enlisted in the reserves to pay for school and liked it so much I went on active duty after graduation and commissioning in 1988

By definition I'd say all of us married guys are "combat vets". Some fools have even served multiple tours
