Hmm, is the line on this game moving around? This is going to be a tight game. I'm leaning towards Penn State in this one. Michigan and staff have a difficult time winning at happy valley. Penn state 23-20

Yes, the line moves to entice betting evenly on both teams in the game. Bookies make their money on the vigorish from lost bets, not the usually the bets themselves.
