They still have a lot to play for! If they can get past Michigan, they will climb back up the rankings quite nicely. Take care of Rutgers and then Sparty? I think they will be sitting just outside of the Top 10 with a nice Bowl Game. Win out? Penn State could finish back inside the top 10 and that would be a nice finish to this year.

Having a suspended player for the 1st half doesn't help much in such close games, especially when being a 1 point favorite.
