Well, he says the change was made over the summer. He earlier implied that he wasn't interested in USC but you have to read every word carefully. I mean he didn't have sex with that woman....
He talks about wanting to do the right thing yada yada, then he talks about only the next game.... but I don't hear an unequivocal 'I will be at PSU next year unless the administration lets me go'. Now if he said 'I will be here next year unless the administration decides otherwise' that could be interpreted as if the administration doesn't back up the armored vehicles of cash...
