There was a discussion of Forum Etiquette at some point in the past. as I recall, it was deemed acceptable to comment negatively on an institution but not individual forum members. My recollection is that postings such as "phuc ewe Michigan" and "M-Go-Blow-Me" were acceptable. Is my understanding correct?
