Devin Carter from NC State signs through the portal. Big body WR who averaged over 16 yards per catch the last 3 years.
It's not his total yards per season that I like, but his downfield ability and big body. He makes you respect the deep ball, and can body up for contested catches.
Good pick up, he immediatly becomes are biggest WR and has a good history of being a depp threat option.
