Nine teams have a better than 10% chance to make the playoff according to ESPN, and only six have a 28% or better chance. The list is:

1. Ohio State 78%
2. Clemson 71%
3. Alabama 70%
4. Oklahoma 49%
5. LSU 46%
6. Penn State 28%
7. Oregon 13%
8. Notre Dame 12%
9. Auburn 11%

It's an interesting list because of the reasons why the percentages are different:

1. Ohio State is tops because they come from a good conference and have dominated everyone they have played thus far.
2. Clemson is so high because they are a good team in, let's face it, a pretty bad conference.
3. Alabama is high because people expect them to win out, and the SEC has some highly ranked teams.
4. Oklahoma plays in a better conference than Clemson, but still not a great one and there's a few teams like Baylor that could pull off an upset.
5. LSU is tricky, because they are #2 but people expect Alabama to win the game... so they are below 50%.
6. PSU is in the same boat as LSU, but people expect us to lose to Ohio State by a wider margin than Alabama over LSU. So our percentage is lower.
7. Oregon? See Clemson... only the Ducks have already lost once.
8. Notre Dame played a decent schedule but would really need help
9. Auburn is on here because they still play the current #1 and #2 teams in the polls. Win both of those and obviously they have a big shot. Though it's not likely.

Roam, if the Tides QB ain’t healthy I don’t think they can beat LSU. Have you heard anything on the Alabama QB? If the QB is back healthy I think Alabama wins.

what I have heard is this, he will be out for the Arkansas game but they have a bye after Arkansas. He should be back for LSU the following week, it was a high ankle sprain and a light one at that... so three weeks should be enough to rehab the ankle.

It may have taken more time to rehab if it was his plant foot, but it's his off foot so it doesn't need nearly as much of rehab time
