Interesting little tidbit from Paul Finebaum yesterday about who should be in if TCU or USC loses. Just saying, this is from a complete SEC homer who is always accused of being in the tank for Alabama:
"“I spent most of my life in Alabama, and I’m as big an admirer of the program as you are (Steven A Smith), but I don’t think they belong in the playoffs,” Finebaum shot back. “I’m not crazy about Ohio State, but the one thing Ohio State had to do - whether it was fair or not – they played the best team other than them in the Big Ten. Alabama didn’t play Georgia. Had they played Georgia, they would have lost. I don’t think there is really any debate about it. The reason I say this is because Alabama hasn’t beaten anyone.
He said the same thing today a Tide fan called complaining about Ohio St and Penn State and Finebaum let the guy have it. What does happen if TCS and USC gets beat? Chaos baby 😂

If that happens the Tide will get in. Both Utah and Kansas State have 3 losses so they won't jump that high, and no one else plays. USC would fall back and I think TCU would to.

“You can’t find a good win on Alabama’s schedule. How about Texas? They lost four games. How about Ole Miss? They lost four games. They have great losses. They don’t’ have great wins. I believed Michigan will win the NC but I do believe they better come ready to play Saturday because Purdue is on of those well coached football teams that has a good QB and they will sneak up and beat your butt if you ain’t ready. Hopefully the top 4 teams lose and then will really see some crying going on around the college football world 😂
I think Mich is gonna blow up Purdue.
Mich smoked us and they were/are better team.
IMO, we should not have lost to OSU, no excuse, not even Clifford.
