Every sports show I’m listening too loves this dude and believes we already have our QB of the future and he might pushing for some serious playing time. I ain’t seen anything I’m just going on what I’m hearing. I’m telling you fellas, that shit we watched the last 3 year is gone we going to have a dang good offense. Dude on locked on said Rocco is a little better so what does that tell us assuming Manske is as good as what I’m hearing. We will see baby. Let’s go Penn St football 🏈 😁
I gotta tell ya Southern...I am beginning to get excited about the program too...It appears this guy and the program are really doing things right from an internal standpoint...Scouting, Player Development and from a culture perspective...If they have competitive talent this is going to be a very good team...I am quite excited to see what they do this season...I have a feeling this isn't going to be the Penn State we have seen in recent years...I believe we are going to see a tough gritty and fundamentally sound football team...
We will see... one thing I wouldn't call the Iowa State offense the past few years is exciting or dynamic. They were efficient
But how much that had to do with caliber of player... I don't know. They alway did have a few NFL talent guys, but the drop off in talent of surrounding players and depth was pretty large. At PSU there will be much more talent to play with.
The difference between Indiana and Iowa State was after NIL, Indiana had money and donors all over the place. Iowa State has comparitivly none.
My only concern is will he have enough talent to make this work...I can tell Ya I will have a hell of a lot of fun watching this team if it going to be what I think it is...I don't believe we will see flash...I think we are going to see well coached, hard nosed, fundamentally sound team football...I will go to war with a group of guys like that every day of the week as opposed to a bunch of prima dona's...I am excited to see what happens this season...My only concern is the NIL spending gap and if he has enough talent to hang with these big budget teams...We will know soon...
I heard they had a lot of injuries last year and Iowa State can’t just plug guys in when guys go down. I don’t believe there’s going to be g to be a talent program I believe this team is loaded with good seasoned football players and there’s a boat load of talent here from the studs JF recruited. We got Iowa St top 25 players not the 25 that’s not good enough to play.
Peyton Falzone has switched to TE. He was the last of the QB’s from the JF era.

The more I’m hearing about our 2 QB’s the more confident I’m getting about us making it to the playoffs. I’m hearing James Peoples is making some noise as well. I told y’all taking the top 20 players at Iowa St and adding them to the studs James Franklin recruited is a gift 99% of the coaches out there would love to have. I’m feeling something special this year baby. The defense is also looking good going on what the Dude T-Frank says just in case Homer jumps on me about locked on 😂 It’s gettin that time for some Penn St football baby I just hope our players ain’t playing with that Coke up there because it is Happy Valley 😂

With his medical history I sure as heck wouldn’t plan on him being the future. Maybe we get lucky and he stays healthy but it’s definitely not a very safe bet.
Seems like a high percentage of players that transferred here from ISU have histories of medical issues.
@psujoe I believe everybody is healthy and ready to go including both QB’s. At Iowa St they didn’t have any depth so I’m assuming players had to tough it out when they did get bruised up and it may have led to a longer recovery period. At Penn St if a player gets banged up he can rest a game to recover. What Iowa St did under MC ain’t any different than what Purdue and NW do when they have good rugged football teams they just never had the depth Penn St or Ohio St had they play tough the first half and get beat down in the second half we’ve watched it for 50 years and sometimes they sneaked in and got the win. I believe we’re good. #13 is who I want to keep healthy we need that dude running around making plays.
