I think they have to be in the portal before they can be contacted. The portal doesn’t open till 12/4
Yes they can, but the players have an option to click "do not contact". If a player checks that box, then no a coach can't contact them... they can only talk with them if the player initiates.@psujoe I’m not sure how the process works remoh. The portal is currently open for graduates and other special situations (coach fired), but opens for everybody on December 4th.
