It appears he ran the 40 in record time, with an unprecedented 3rd try. Apparently he saw the Browns contingent heading towards him and inadvertently set off the timer, hitting the finish in 1.4 seconds. It isn't clear if he stopped nor where his location was shortly after.

Hope you're right Bill, but it's starting to look uglier for Mr. Barkley and the Browns.
