Everyone loves cheap gas and groceries. Economic problems are global. It's just not in the US. Yeah, I know, it sucks. I hear the moaners and groaners. Bitch about gas prices, food prices but amazingly they have money and no issues spending 20 dollars a day for 2 packs of cigarettes, or 15 dollars for a 12 pack of beer. I believe post covid still lingers. Shortages still exist. I see it everyday. You'd be amazed what a roll of copper 12/2 romex goes for.
To be honest I’ve always eat subway everyday during the week so it’s worked out for me but man if you go to the grocery store and drive 30 to 50 miles a day back and forth to work I know you’re hurting.
I have long commutes too. I know what you are saying. I like subway on occasion. Italian Supreme with Jalapeños. Too expensive to do everyday though. Brown bag it. That fat and cholesterol will eventually catch up with you.
@kularrow we get what we vote for. Were the judges voted in that let this scumbag out of jail? If they were appointed judges we voted for the politicians that appointed the judges. We’ve become collateral damage because of the way we vote. Elections have consequences and sometimes they can be deadly. Lock this scumbag up and never let him out of jail. I love the system we’ve got because we the people can fix the problems. Some folks have to lose enough money or people have to die but it will fix itself just gotta wait it out unfortunately.

@forum-titan I have the subway app and get a footlong titan turkey on wheat $8.99 meal and every 2 or 3 days I get $2 off because of points I gain. I eat supper and lunch for the next day for around $8. You gotta know how to work the system brother.
I also fuel at the Racetrac and I never pay for diet cokes it’s free with the racetrack app and I build up enough points to get free krispy kreeme dounuts when I do splurge. When I also show up to pick up my subway it’s waiting on me because I order it through the App. I got this stuff working for me baby 😝
