Meat smoker/ door

I have it designed and ready on B size paper. Need to finish a few things.I plan on going all out with this new smoker. The norm, CMU lined with firebrick.  I'm hoping to have it ready for fall season if I find time to finish it.  Some guys build their own doors from wood. Overtime they warp. I need a good door. I searched online for a good cast iron door. Very hard to find.

How many people are you cooking for? I got the XL big green egg and I have 25 family members over and it’s plenty big enough. I can get a whole shoulder on this baby.

50-100 rings of kielbasa. Probably 50 max at a time.
