There is absolutely nothing here in Erie around the unfortunate cause of death of this boy. He plays hockey for Cathedral Prep so I hope he wasn’t in SC for a recruiting trip.

Apparently all that is known at the moment is there was no visible trauma, and several witnesses said he looked and acted normal until he suddenly began experiencing shallow breathing and lost consciousness.

While the investigation is conducted, they temporarily suspended the Chi Phi fraternity... Although it was not their official house, but several frat members lived there.
