Any jalapeno fans here? I love them. They have good health benefits.  I like to pickle them and they are good. Boil water,  vinegar with sugar, canning salt. Add some corriander powder, peppercorns, thai basil,  bay leaves and load it up with Garlic.  I ate a whole jar in 2 days.

I stuff ‘em with cream cheese wrap them in hickory bacon and smoke ‘em until the bacon gets crispy. That chit be good snake you need to try it out. Put a little Lawry salt on the bacon 🥓 😁

I'll have to try that but I need to reconstruct the smoker.  I'm sure the oven will work too. Bake them.

@exesuwarrior95 you can bake them but they’re better smoked. Add a little Lowrys seasoning on the bacon. It’s good both way

Thanks southern.  I am trying them tomorrow in the oven .  My smoker needs a major overhaul. Looked it over today.  Sunken in the ground,  cracked. Time to rip it out and start over. I want to expand it for more room. Honestly,  I have not used it much in the past few years.  If anyone used it more it would be my family,  friends.  I'm getting into the spirit again of smoking. I have some hickory laying around that they left behind.  Trying to get my hands on some apple. I recently found some decent hickory trees that are leaning.  Zip em down with the stihl.
