I'm getting excited for a weekend of college wrestling and especially for the Penn State boys. From the articles I read it looks like Cael has his guys as ready as they can be. They seem to be relaxed and as they say, “ready to have fun”. At this stage of the season you know the wrestlers are athletic, skilled and deserve to be there. Cael is quoted (but I’m paraphrasing) as saying it’s now what is in your head that will determine who advances. Best of luck to all wrestlers but especially Penn State, beat Ohio State on their home turf.
I'm thinking Zain, Nolf, and Bo are locks to repeat. Cenzo will place 3rd, Hall 2nd maybe 1st..........depends on which Hall and Joseph shows up. Neville 3rd and Lee 3rd or 4th. Keener maybe 7th.
Your thoughts?
I forgot 197.........sugar 4th, maybe 3rd.
Agreed with Zain ( I taught him everything he kn😉ws), Nolf and Bo. I don’t think Keener AA’s and Lee maybe 7 or 8. He is after all a freshman in a very packed 141 weight class and after all, even Zain placed 5th his freshman year. I just can’t get a handle on Rasheed. His pod looks favorable if he can get past Machavecchio (sp?) from NCstate but then he has Moore on his side of the bracket. Expectations were so high at Bigs knowing he beat out the guy who handed #1 Moore his first loss but then again second place in the toughest conference is pretty good. I hope Marstellar does well at 165. He could do a lot of damage on behalf of Penn State with Martinez and Marinelli on his bracket side, opposite of Joseph. FUN, FUN, FUN!
BTW, what did I miss? Who posted the inappropriate comment?
Well......ummm.......errrrrr.......ahhhh......that was me and my short stubby index finger that hit report instead of reply. My apologies Lake.
Yeah, I'd like to see Chance make some noise this weekend. 125 is gonna be a donnybrook for sure. Can't wait for Thursday
Well, I guess I can look over that THIS TIME. Stay safe with all the snow.
Yep, us old guys are a liability. But hey, we keep it interesting!
ALERT TO JOSEPH please no muscling your opponets.
